Tasks

• Manage Safe and Healthy working environment
• Ensure that all resources are properly planned for and managed according to set standards
• Maintenance Management of the following:
  • Conveyor Belt installations
  • Primary and secondary Crusher installations
  • Electrical reticulation, including MV equipment
  • Tailings storage facility
  • Pumps
  • Pipelines
  • Pressure Vessels
  • Mills and Flotation
• Manage and develop employees
• Manage cost and financial targets

Competencies

• Sound knowledge of Metallurgical Operations would be advantageous
• Project Management experience would be advantageous
• Computer literate for role

Qualifications

• BSc Engineering Degree/ National Technical Diploma Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
• Government Certificate of Competence (Mechanical or Electrical)
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Section Engineer
